Healthy Diet vs. Exercise Discussion

According to the Surgeon General, nearly 2 out of 3 Americans are considered overweight or obese.  Which is tougher for you to maintain - a healthy diet or a regular exercise routine?

A healthy diet is definitely harder for me. When you're constantly on the go, the most convenient foods are always the most unhealthy.

That's a tough one. Sometimes, it can be hard to fit exercise into a busy schedule, especially with the winter approaching. At the same time, that also means it's the season for skiing and snowboarding! A healthy diet can be difficult to start, but once you get the "taste" of eating better and feeling the effects, it's hard to go back to unhealthy options.

I think the exercise routine-especially in winter months. Eating healthy for me is easy. I try to drink plenty of water, eat fruits often throughout the day and avoid things like soda, sweets, etc. After a long day of work and when it is cold and dark outside, it is hard to get motivated to exercise.

Definitely a healthy diet! Exercise is fun and easy, but controlling portion size has always been a challenge.
