Don't Forget Your Elbows and Knees

Elbows and knees are hardworking, but often neglected, parts of our body in need of a little TLC.
Try exfoliating these areas using a washcloth, exfoliating cleansers with alpha hydroxy acids, scrubs, or a body brush. Follow up exfoliation with natural moisturizers that contain sweet almond oil, grape seed oil, shea butter, and jojoba oil.
Pretty soon, these problem areas of your skin will start looking softer and younger.
